Sink your teeth into some scrumptious soft cheeses with Angie and Rebecca!
Rebecca will take you through a hands on cheese making process showing you how to make a variety of soft cheeses, including paneer, ricotta, labne, camembert and haloumi.
Notes will be provided.
While the cheeses are setting, Chef Angie will share some dishes that uses pre-prepared cheeses with participants. So you get to have your cheese and eat it, too!
